Add the effect on top of a layout you already built.
How
Build your section with your photo and layers as usual. Place Flashlight on top, sized to cover that section. Leave Scene and Photo empty.
What Pact does
Flashlight reads whatever is painted behind it and lights that. Use Preview or Play - the effect is cursor-driven, not visible on the static canvas alone. The /flashlight demo uses this mode.
